Personal Branding for the ‘blogging masses

Personal Branding isn’t just for the big boys anymore.
Personal Branding is an accessible methodology in so far as most ‘bloggers are actively building and managing personal brand every time they post a comment or write an article.
Key to any personal brand is perception, both how you perceive yourself and how you’d prefer people to perceive you in turn.
This perception is borne out of what you’re trying to create in terms of personal brand.
Knowing yourself, your audience, your mission, your key differentiators as well as knowing your topic inside out all count in varying ways.
There are a number of prerequisites to building and managing personal brand, which should help get you started and pointing in the right direction.
And there are those – due in no small way to their chosen [ahem] calling in life – who are better at branding building than others.
